Jan is a Pensacola Native who has been a licensed Local Realtor since 1998. Jan is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and is knowledgable about first time buyer finance programs. She has first hand experience working with site developers helping them list and sell homes in downtown Pensacola, North and East Hill areas. She particularly enjoys helping Investors create their portfolios and is knowledgeable in the various lender programs specifically beneficial to them, including Real Estate Investment Trusts, Fannie Mae Homepath and foreclosure purchases.
