Charlie was awesome and on the ball. I signed contract on Saturday, had 3 showings on Sunday and 2 on Monday. Monday morning he already had an offer for us. By the end of the week inspection was done and the ball was rolling. Closed in exactly ONE month. We only had a few hiccups but Charlie smoothed out everything right away. I definitely and highly recommend him for selling or purchasing a home. Best experience I have had with selling a home. This was my second house sale and it was a little harder for me b/c it was my family home and we had to sell it after my mother died which was very emotional for me. He was very patient and understanding and let me go at my own pace to put it on the market. When I was ready he was there the first day to get things going, even went out and met the neighbors. Charlie is truly the BEST!!!!!
